Policy & Terms

  • All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email and will be acknowledged upon receipt.
  • Refunds, if any, will be processed within 30 working days after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.
  • It is strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may lead to trip cancellations.
  • By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Payment and Cancellation Terms.
  • Validity:
    • Booking Window: Closes on 31st October 2024.
    • Travel Period: Flexible within the validity period.
  • Note: The package is valid only on twin/double sharing with a minimum of 2 passengers traveling together.

  •   Payment Terms:

    • A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
    • The remaining balance must be paid 15-20 days prior to the date of departure.
    • GST & TCS Notice: Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) are mandated by law and are applicable to all travel bookings. These taxes are statutory requirements and do not constitute any additional income for your travel agent.

      Cancellation Policy:

      • Cancellation made more than 60 days before the departure date: 20% of the total package cost will be charged.
      • Cancellation between 30 to 60 days before the departure date: 40% of the total package cost will be charged.
      • Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before the departure date: 60% of the total package cost will be charged.
      • Cancellation within 15 days of the departure date or no-show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
      • Note: Cancellation charges may vary depending on the hotel's policies and peak season surcharges. Any additional penalties imposed by hotels or third-party suppliers will be added to the above charges.
