Ms. Swati Choudhary, our Managing Partner, is a true visionary and powerhouse in the travel industry, boasting over 15 years of unmatched expertise across airlines, luxury hotels, and renowned travel agencies. A master of her craft, she has effortlessly managed international group tours of up to 500 people, while also curating unforgettable, bespoke travel experiences for clients worldwide. Mr. Punit Ranjan, Co-founder & Partner, is a dynamic entrepreneur with an extensive background in business incubation and finance, brings cutting-edge strategies and fresh, visionary perspectives to Travel Arcadia. Her journey spans across working with leading companies like Interglobe Technologies Quotient, renowned hotels such as Ambassador, and a top-tier travel agency, Shaan World Tours, where she gained vast experience handling group tours and corporate travel. Swati has single-handedly managed complex group tours of 500+ people internationally, showcasing her exceptional organizational skills and dedication to client satisfaction.

With an all-encompassing understanding of the travel ecosystem, Swati’s expertise extends beyond just travel management. She has a sharp acumen for financial planning and strategic business growth, making her an invaluable leader. Her passion for creating bespoke travel experiences, paired with her meticulous attention to detail, ensures that every client’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary.

An avid travel enthusiast, Punit’s passion for exploring the world and understanding the intricacies of travel led him to join forces with Swati Choudhary in creating a company that delivers unique and unforgettable experiences.

From Sri Lanka to Dubai to South Asia she has covered a vast number of countries and India she says has a lot unexplored when it comes to Tourism.

Known for her people-centric approach, Ms. Choudhary is not only a travel specialist but also a certified Life Coach and Wellness Trainer, which allows her to deeply connect with clients. Her unique ability to understand their desires ensures that every journey she curates is truly "beyond incredible."
